Lindy Henry | Attorney
Lindy is a third generation Montanan who graduated from Bozeman High School. After high school, Lindy obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Montana majoring in Biology with a concentration in Genetics and Evolution. She then graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law. She was a member of SLU Law’s competitive mock trial team.
After graduating law school, Lindy spent time at one of the nation’s top asbestos law firms working as an attorney on behalf of individuals harmed by asbestos exposure.
Lindy then returned to Montana where she spent several years working as a Public Defender with the Montana Office of the State Public Defender defending individuals charged with offenses ranging from traffic citations, DUI, PFMA, and other misdemeanors to serious felony matters including violent felonies and sex crimes. As a Public Defender, Lindy also focused her practice on representing juveniles charged with crimes in Youth Court matters.
Bradley Bowen | Attorney
Bradley is a seasoned Montanan attorney with a background in both criminal and civil law.
Bradley prosecuted criminal cases for almost a decade, serving as a Senior Deputy Gallatin County Attorney and as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in King County, Washington.
Additionally, Bradley has served as a public defender, advocating for clients with limited means in both felony and misdemeanor cases.
His comprehensive experience in all aspects of criminal law provides him with a distinct perspective to evaluate, negotiate, and litigate cases.
Bradley has also worked in civil law, as an associate at K&L Gates LLP in Seattle and as a civil deputy attorney for Gallatin County, Montana.
Bradley was selected as a Harry S. Truman Scholar for his leadership skills and commitment to public interest work.
He is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law.
